RESIDENTIAL SEASONAL SEWER ALLOWANCE ends 10/20/2022

During the warmer months we understand that additional water is used outside for pools, sprinklers, etc., and is not going into the sanitary sewer system. Residential customers receive an automatic sewer allowance on their bills for service from mid-April to mid-October, based on their average winter usage from mid-October through mid-April.  There is no discount or allowance on water usage as Harrison Utilities purchases water from the City of Appleton and the price we charge is regulated by the Wisconsin Public Service Commision (PSC).

NEW RATES EFFECTIVE for service starting 5/21/2022

Harrison Utilities field an application with the Public Service Comission (PSC) of Wisconsin to adjust water and fire protection rates, which was approved on 5/2/2022. The revised rates, which will result in an overall decrease in the monthly bill for the majority of customers, went into effect for service 5/21/2022 and forward. Details on the revised rates can be found in the "Billing & Payments" section of the website.
